Nicola, Certified Infant Feeding Coach, offering compassionate infant feeding support

About Feed and Nourish

Hi, I’m Nicola, the founder of Feed and Nourish offering dedicated infant feeding support to parents facing the joys and challenges of feeding their little ones. Like many parents, I faced my own struggles when feeding my son, Little T — it wasn’t always easy. Through the ups and downs, I realised just how overwhelming it can be to find the right support.

That’s why I became an Infant Feeding Coach and started Feed and Nourish—to help parents like you navigate your own feeding journey with confidence. I know that every family’s experience is unique, and I’m here to offer compassionate, evidence-based guidance, whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing a bit of both.

Whatever stage you’re at, I’m here to listen and support you every step of the way.
