So, why trust me to guide you through your feeding journey?
I’m Nicola, founder of Feed and Nourish, and just like many parents, I’ve faced my fair share of struggles when it comes to feeding my little one, Little T. Our journey wasn’t an easy one—it was full of challenges, ups and downs, and a lot of lessons learned along the way. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other families avoid or overcome similar difficulties.
With a background in advice and problem-solving, I retrained as an Infant Feeding Coach to combine my personal experience with professional expertise. I’ve felt first-hand how overwhelming it can be to navigate feeding choices, whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or doing both, and I’m here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
What is an Infant Feeding Coach?
Feeding your baby, whether it’s with breast milk, formula, or a combination of both, is a unique journey for every family. As an Infant Feeding Coach, I’m accredited as a Breastfeeding Counsellor and trained to support bottle feeding too.
I’m here to provide evidence-based advice and personalised support, so you have the knowledge and confidence to make the best decisions for your baby’s health and your family’s wellbeing.

Why Choose Feed and Nourish? 〰️
I’ve been through many of the same challenges as you might be facing—tongue-tie, reflux, allergies, and a rocky start with solids, to name a few. I’ve spent money on products I didn’t need, been given advice that wasn’t helpful, and eventually found the support that made all the difference. That’s the kind of support I’m committed to giving you.
Here’s what you can expect from me:
Tailored, 1:1 advice:
One-size-fits-all approaches don’t work when it comes to feeding. I offer personalised, one-on-one support that’s specific to you and your baby’s needs.
In-person guidance:
Online advice can be great, but nothing compares to hands-on, in-person support. If you are local to me, I’ll be there to observe, guide, and help you in real time.Skilled, evidence-based knowledge:
I’m here to work with you alongside your healthcare professionals, to provide in-depth, specialist advice that’s tailored to you.A comfortable, supportive environment:
Those early postpartum days can be physically and emotionally tender. I understand how difficult it can be to get in contact, or even get out of the house. If you are local to me, I offer a safe, private space where you can feel at ease.Time to really listen:
In the rush of health services, time is a precious commodity. I’m here to give you the time and space you need to talk, ask questions, and feel truly heard.
I’ve trained with the Infant Feeding Academy and am accredited and insured with FEDANT (Registration no. 13653) as a Breastfeeding Counsellor.
If you’re looking for genuine, compassionate support on your feeding journey, I’d love to help.
